What we collect and why

  • Website hosting. Server logs (IP address, time, requested page) are processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Email list. If you request the Matrix or subscribe, we store your first name and email with our email provider [MailerLite / Brevo, company, country] until you unsubscribe. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Purchases. Checkout, invoicing and payment are handled by [ablefy / Stripe, company, country]. We receive your name, email and order details to give you access to the program. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Members area. Your login and course progress are stored by [platform] for the duration of your access.
  • Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). Your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch the font files.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. Only if you accept in the consent banner do we load the Google tag from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It sets cookies and sends data to Google (for example the ad click identifier, the page visited, the time and technical device data) so we can see whether a Google ad led to a purchase or an enquiry, and so we can show you our ads again later on Google and Google partner websites (remarketing). For remarketing, Google assigns your browser to a visitor group of this site. We exclude buyers from this advertising. If you enter an email address on this site, for example in the coaching form, the Google tag may send it to Google in encrypted (hashed) form so Google can attribute an enquiry to an ad (enhanced conversions). Data may be transferred to the USA. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before you consent, the Google tag is not loaded. You can withdraw consent any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing at any time by writing to success@theexecutivesystem.com. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).

Retention

Email list data until unsubscribe. Order data for seven years (Austrian tax law, § 132 BAO). Server logs [retention of hosting provider].
